February 27, in the city of Kaskelen, Almaty region, about one hundred of women entrepreneurs discussed the problems of women's entrepreneurship at the forum of the Association of Business Women of Kazakhstan. Fund "Damu" also participated in the forum, where it presented the ideas on the role of women in economic development of the region.

Forum was devoted to topical issues of women's entrepreneurship, health and housing relationships. Association of Business Women of Kazakhstan invited the following speakers of business women: Fund "Damu", Zhilstroysberbank, the regional Department of Social Security and Employment, akimats Karayskogo, Talgar, Ili and Enbekshi-Kazakh areas.

Over the past year, seven local business women benefited from financial support issued from the government on subsidized interest rates of bank, which helped them to grow their businesses. Among the participants of the training programs operated by Fund "Damu" women compose the majority.

Chairman of the association Rima Salykova put emphasis on the role of women in the family, today's society, and the economic development of the country: "Government support can encourage each woman’s creativity, efficiency.  We are glad that we managed to organize this forum. Women have always been in business, and we hope that today's meeting will be continued necessarily in real activities, business activity of our women. "  

During the meeting, the organizers and the participants discussed in detail the state of the "Business Road Map-2020", "Employment-2020" and the mortgage program, shared their personal experiences and achievements. Business Women's Association of Almaty region will continue to conduct a gender policy and increased business activity of women.
