Logistics is important for the economy

Successfully developing and increasing the transport capacity using logistics centers and terminals, Almaty region has becoming more attractive for international trade and transit of goods.

"Terminal Temir Keruen" LLC in Ili district was founded in 2012. Logistics facility enables us to provide the following services: storage of goods, including oversized and dangerous, to make the terminal handling containers, cars and trucks, that perform all warehouse operations for the safe loading and unloading. Being trouble-free and comfortable, logistics terminal has all the necessary equipment, round the clock security, fire fighting system, Internet and telephone service, parking, outdoor lighting and video surveillance.

According to the director of the company Murat Serikbayev, expanded fleet of rail cars, has made the reconstruction of warehouse space, equipment center territory in accordance with international standards. "Due to the fact that we have received a subsidy from Bank Center Credit, under “Business Road Map – 2020” Program, our young company has been able to implement the project on creation of its own logistics terminal. Currently, the power of our terminal allows providing the full range of logistics services, which allows customers to save money, absolving themselves of responsibility and concern for the safety of shipping, "- said Murat Serikbaev.
Almaty region, thanks to its location, needs to develop logistics services beceuse cargo flows are raising. The government is ready to support the transportation and warehousing industry as a priority sector, - explained the director of the regional branch of Fund "Damu" Rinat Taltusov. More than 12.6 billion tenge has been invested to the industry during the last two years, 12 logistics projects are supported by the state Program "Business Road Map-2020".
