In frame of the second stage of the project "Business Communication" program of "Business Road Map 2020" individual entrepreneur from Kyzylorda region Zhomart Zholdybaev participated in foreign internship in Germany.
A group of the top managers of Kazakhstani companies held the program of management trainings in Germany. The program aims to transfer the German experience in management and business processes, which should contribute to the development of economic thinking and actions of the participants, as well as improve their personal competence in the field of management.
According to the businessman, education under the project included, on the one hand trainings and seminars, for improving knowledge in the field of management, on the other hand, visits to companies, where participants could get acquainted with the work and functions of the individual structures of the enterprises. At the training, participants learned how to make presentations at the professional level, how to conduct business negotiations in different situations and establish business relationships with partners. Kazakhstani businessmen also got acquainted with innovations in banking and with the most modern methods of consultation based on innovative technologies in Deutshe Bank (Deutsche Bank).
"We have visited dozens of companies and had a unique opportunity to thoroughly examine the production process in different sectors, for example, we have learned about farming and growing cattle housing in Germany, visited the bakery products, found a concrete example on the company BMW, as a country influence on the international marketing tools operative marketing. I have been doing business in the provision of consulting services, but after this trip I’m planning to engage in the production of concrete building materials. I'm negotiating now with the 'HESS Group' company, which offers a variety of machines and equipment Concrete Products. By visiting this enterprise, I met with their sales manager Ivan Fast, who is now conducting business negotiations for the acquisition of German equipment, "- said Zhomart Zholdybaev.
