There are changes that have been made to the program "Business Road Map 2020", under which subsidies/loan guarantees can be provided to entrepreneurs without sectoral restrictions in monotowns, small towns and villages under their administrative subordination.

In Kyzylorda region Kazalinsk and Aralsk towns are belong to small towns. Under the "BRM-2020" potential and existing entrepreneurs in these towns can get a bank loan for business development without sectoral restrictions, including on trade, restaurants and other. At the same time, if the owner takes up a loan within the program "BRM-2020", 10% of the interest rate on the loan out of 14% will be compensated by the state, entrepreneur pay only 4%. Another advantage of the changes is to provide guarantees to entrepreneurs who do not have collateral for credit. Under the terms of participation in the program, the loan, by which the guarantee is issued, amount up to 300 mln. tenge for one entrepreneur project, implemented in the priority sectors of the economy. On projects, which is out of priority sectors of the economy, such as trade, restaurant business, public baths activities and other loan amount for one entrepreneur is up to 150 mln. tenge.
