Holding "Baiterek" representatives met with heads of enterprises of the Shymkent region

On February 25 a meeting of representatives of the Holding "Baiterek" with south Kazakhstani entrepreneurs was held in south Kazakhstan region’s Entrepreneur’ Service Center.

More than 10 managers of enterprises engaged in the fields of machinery, food industry and production of construction materials were invited to the ESC for individual meetings, during which the possibility of support for companies within the program of Holding and its subsidiaries were discussed.

Within the medium-sized enterprises support program entrepreneurs along with financial support can also obtain consulting assistance. Financial assistance will be provided by existing programs of affiliated organizations of Holding, such as: "Damu" Fund, Development Bank of Kazakhstan, KazExportGarant, grant support from JSC "NATD".

Program will be implemented by Holding "Baiterek" through its subsidiaries - JSC "Development Bank of Kazakhstan", JSC "Entrepreneurship Development Fund "Damu", JSC "Kazyna Capital Management ", JSC "National Agency for Technological Development ", JSC "KazExportGarant". Each of these development institutes will provide their tools for implementation of program. Among them - the direct lending, financing of leasing transactions, subsidies for interest rate, loan guarantees, export insurance, pre-export financing and trade financing, grants for innovation. Thus, the program will provide comprehensive support for medium-sized enterprises on the principle of "one window".

As a result of implementation of the program it is planned to create a companies that can compete in regional and global markets, obtain growth of non-oil exports and import substitution. In addition, it is planned to develop production of high-tech and energy efficiency products, which will increase the productivity of labor, tax revenues and GDP growth.
