The resident of the Akshukur village of Mangistau region Tazhihan Izturova has been raised livestock almost 16 years. Her farm "Baybolat" supplies to the local market meat and shubat (camel milk). Tazhihan Sobalakovna has made great progress in the agricultural business, although before she had worked for forty years as a general practitioner.

Medical past and the lack of skilled medical care in the village encouraged Tazhihan Sobalakova to open up her own medical center. At that time, only one public clinic worked in the Akshukur village, with specialists who served 15 thousand people.

Regional authorities have considered Tazhihan Izturova’s request and allocated land for the construction of the medical center, which was completed in April last year. Pharmacy, room for day hospital, dentist, gynecologist, ultrasound, general practitioner, neurologist, ophthalmologist and ENT specialist are located in two-storey building of a new clinic.

- Near the center we built a room for fluorography apparatus. Previously residents of the Akshukur village and neighboring village Saiyn had to travel to Aktau in order to pass fluorography examination, - reports entrepreneur Tazhihan Izturova.

Recently, entrepreneur has decided to expand her business, which required to buy a new equipment. Tazhihan Sobalakovna applied to the "Damu" Fund and benefited from an instrument of state support – subsidies. The annual interest rate on loan, obtained from Halyk bank was 15.5%, 10% of which is paid by the state.
