Lyazzat E. Ibragimova - Chairwoman of the Board

She was born on November 7, 1972 in Akmola region. In 1994 she graduated from Akmola Аgricultural Institute with honors majoring in Economics and Management in the areas of AGRO-INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX, in 2003 – Eurasian Humanitarian Institute with honors majoring in "Jurisprudence”. Candidate of Economic Sciences. She began her carrer in 1995 as the teacher of Economics Faculty of the Eurasian State University named after L. Gumilev. In 2004 she worked as a National Expert on Economic development project, UNDP KAZAKHSTAN. From August 2004 to January 2009, headed the Departments of Analysis and Strategy development, Training and consulting, Corporate development of JSC "Entrepreneurship Development Fund "Damu". Since January 2009 worked as the chief manager of the Department of special programs, Directorate on management of Financial Institutions and development institutions of JSC "NWF Samruk-Kazyna". Since 2003 studies the effectiveness of State support of small and medium business, has more than 30 scientific publications and 3 training-methodical manuals.
Married, has three children. Appointed as a Member of the Board of JSC "Entrepreneurship Development Fund "Damu" from 17 August 2009.
Oversees the Deputy Chairmen of The Board, Advisers, Assistants, Managing Director - Member of the Board, responsible for financial matters, the Security Department and the Regional branches of the Fund "Damu".
Yerken Sh. Shardarbekov - Deputy Chairman of the Board

He was born on April 22, 1970 in Zhambyl oblast. In 1993 he graduated from Kazakh Polytechnic Institute in specialty "Engineer-mechanic". Candidate of Economic sciences. In 1994-2002 worked in senior positions of the various State Institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In 2002-2004 directed LLP "Türk Company", JSC "Alatau Marble". In 2004-2007 Managing Director, Head of representative office in Astana, Managing Director - Director of representative office in Moscow JSC "Development Bank of Kazakhstan". In 2007-2008. -Vice President of the JSC «Social Innovation». In 2008 – the Director of the Department of JSC "Sustainable Development Fund" Kazyna". In 2008-2009 - Director of JSC "NWF "Samruk-Kazyna". In 2009 – Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Fund "Damu". In 2009-2010 - Managing Director of BTA Bank. Since May 2010, Vice-Chairman of the Board of the Fund "Damu". Oversees the implementation of financial programmes of the Fund, incl. subsidy programme and guarantee within the framework of the Business Roadmap– 2020, monitoring, and information technologies.
Askar A. Yessimov - Deputy Chairman of the Board

He was born in 1981, married, has a son.
He graduated from the Kazakh Academy of transport and communications on specialty Engineer- Customs officer , as well as the Almaty University of Economics. Additionally he was a trainee at the Ministry of Commerce of China, and also graduated from the third Actuarial education in Kazakhstan under the International Association of Actuaries. During his career he worked in various managerial positions in the Ministry of Economy and budget planning of RK, JSC "National Welfare Fund "Samruk-Kazyna", JSC "National Innovation Fund". In recent time he worked as the Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSC "Kazakhstani mortgage guarantee fund", where he managed the work of front-office of the Fund. In April 2011, he has been appointed as the Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSC "EDF "Damu".
Oversees corporate development, the international cooperation and distance consulting, coordinates the legal matters, risk management and the general e conomic activities of the Fund.
Bekzhan Zh. Kalibekov - Deputy Chairman of the Board
He was born in 1978, married, has three children. Graduated from Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies, specialty – area studies specialist (еconomist), as well as the Kazakh H umanitarian L aw University, in speciality-lawyer. Under the Program "Bolashak" was trained by Master's degree program economic policy and management at Columbia University (New York, United States) and received his MPA.
During the period of activity he worked in various managerial positions. In the Ministry of economy and budget planning of RK dealt with investment policies and the financial sector, the planning of the Republican budget investment а s well as issues of inter-State relations, including within the framework of the various integration groups.
Oversees and coordinates the interaction with public authorities, training and service support.
Gabit A. Lesbekov - Managing Director – Member of the Board.
He was born in 1975, married and has two daughters. Graduated from Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi in 1996 with honors on specialty "Economist, a specialist in the field of management, in 1998, the Master of the Institute of Economics and Law on specialty “Macro-microeconomics and mathematical methods». In 2002, he received an academic degree of Candidate of economic sciences. Winner of the State scholarships for talented young scholars in 2002-2004.
In 1998-2006 worked as a senior lecturer, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Economics and business of Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi, leading specialist, chief specialist of the Kazakhstan Deposit Insurance Fund. Has over 50 published scientific papers, articles, manuals, has more than 10 courses-seminars, retraining. Since November 2007, he worked in JSC «Entrepreneurship development fund "Damu" in the position of chief specialist, the head of the management, Deputy Director of Corporate development department, Director of Corporate development department, Managing Director – Director of Corporate development department, currently holds the position of Managing Director – Member of the Board.
Coordinates the work in the area of corporate development, international cooperation, expansion of information-analytical support of entrepreneurs.
Kanat E. Sultangaziev – Managing Director – Member of the Board.
He was born in 1978, married, has two children. Graduated from Kazakh State Academy of management on a specialty "Banking", as well as graduated from Kazakh State Economic University on a specialty " Monetary circulation and credit". Since 2004 he works in the Fund "Damu". Currently he is responsible for financial support to small and medium-sized businesses within the anti-crisis programs of the Government, is directly involved in the development of programmes by placing funds in the STBs and leasing companies. Currently holds the position of Managing Director – Member of the Board.
Coordinates the work in the area due to the placement of funds in the second-tier banks and leasing companies monitoring of trust and effective use of allocated funds.
Gulshat N. Imasheva - Managing Director – Member of the Board
She was born in 1971. Graduated accounting economic faculty of the Kazakh State Academy of management. Diploma in IFRS DiplFR (ACCA), certificate of professional accountant in the Ministry of Finance of RK. " Since 2005 she works in the Fund "Damu” and until 2008 was the head of the Fund's Internal audit service. Currently provides overall guidance to the Department of budget planning and the Department of accounting and reporting. Currently holds the position of Managing Director – Member of the Board.
Oversees and coordinates the financial matters of the Fund, including issues of accounting, tax, statistical counts, financial, tax reporting, effective taxation, budget planning, activities for efficient placement of temporarily free funds and methodology.
